MaPS Employee Benefits

In addition to our people priorities set out on The MaPS People Story page, we offer colleagues:

Workplace Pension

What is it?

A pension is a great way to prepare for your future and will provide you with a source of income when you retire, so you can continue to enjoy a good lifestyle.

Who’s Eligible?

All permanent and fixed term employees on our payroll.

The cut off age is the age of 75.

How does it work?

You make payments into your plan directly from your salary. MaPS will match your contributions by 2 to 1, up to 10% of your salary. You don’t pay tax or NI on payments we make, and you also get automatic tax relief on any payments you make yourself.

You can claim additional tax relief, if you’re a higher rate taxpayer, through a Self Assessment.

You decide how much you contribute and how your money is invested.
